Minutes of Meeting – October 5, 2010
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Tom Collins, Dirk Underwood, Jennifer Burke, Planning Director and Aldo A. Cipriano, Town Counsel.
Executive Session
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to go into executive session to discuss pending litigation; the discussion of which during public session could impair the Board’s status in the litigation to return to public session.
By roll call vote: Mr. Underwood – yea, Mr. Collins – yea, Mr. D’Amelio - yea
The Board entered Executive Session.
The Board returned from Executive Session.
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to acknowledge that the Permit Extension Act applies to the Indian Farm subdivision and that the state mandated period of extension as submitted by the applicant’s counsel is through December 3, 2011.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous
Adjournment
Tom Collins, seconded by Dirk Underwood, moved to adjourn at 7:30PM.
